These responsibilities include patient education and counseling of medications, performing medication histories and ensuring optimum patient outcomes or therapy. In addition, provide training and teaching to pharmacy students and residents, medical students and residents, and ancillary professional staff, i.e., dieticians, nurses, respiratory therapists and others. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree - required. Must provide official transcript at time of interview. Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in the State of Illinois ??" required. Must provide official license at time of interview. Must have successfully completed a Clinical Pharmacy Residency - required. Proficiency operating a personal computer and associated applications used for entering pharmaceutical information and running reports is required. Prior Mental Health experience is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One (1) year of comparable clinical pharmacy experience preferred. Board certification is preferred. PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Psychiatry is preferred.
