Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this application-based continuing pharmacy education activity, pharmacist participants should be able to:
  1. Define inclusive and destigmatizing language and discuss the consequences of exclusionary language in the workplace.
  2. Identify strategies to incorporate inclusive language into your workplace.
  3. Given a case study, compare and contrast inclusionary and exclusionary language.

      Attendees must complete a program evaluation and CPE submission online at www.CESally.com. After successful CPE submission to CPE Monitor, attendees may print their statements of continuing pharmacy education credit at NABP.pharmacy.

      Target Audience: This application-based activity was developed for Health-System Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

      PTCB requires CPhTs to submit 20 hours of pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) continuing pharmacy education (CPE) to qualify for recertification. Please advise all pharmacy technicians at your site of this change. As an ACPE accredited provider, ICHP will continue to include Technician specific programming in most if not all of our CPE programming.
