Register online below. Registration deadline is Friday, August 12, 2022 at 12:00 noon. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $20. Non-member fee is $20.

Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited. Student seating will limited to the first 5 students.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacists (Application-based):
  1. Apply clinical data of combination therapy regimens into treatment strategies utilized in the management of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
  2. Explore challenges associated with the management of PAH and the appropriate use of combination therapy
  3. Document ways a pharmacist may improve adherence, slow disease progression, and optimize outcomes for patients with PAH
Learning Objectives for Pharmacy Technicians (Knowledge-based):
  1. Describe the rationale for use of combination therapy regimens in the management of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
  2. List challenges associated with the management of PAH and the appropriate use of combination therapy
  3. Recognize opportunities for pharmacy technicians to assist the pharmacist with improving adherence, slowing disease progression, and optimizing outcomes for patients with PAH
