Learning Objectives for Health-System Pharmacists: 

1.  Discuss the results of the Effect of Intravenous or
Intraosseous Calcium vs Saline on Return of Spontaneous
Circulation in Adults with Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest trial.

2. Recognize situations in which calcium administration
may be beneficial during out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

The Illinois Council of Health System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
This activity provides 0.5 contact hour (0.05 CEU) of continuing pharmacy education credit.

Participants must complete a program evaluation online at CESally.com and submit for credit. Upon successful completion and submission of the evaluation, participant credit is reported to CPE Monitor. Participants may go to https://nabp.pharmacy/ to log into their CPE Monitor accounts and print or download official transcripts. Credit will be visible on CPE Monitor within 24 to 48 hours after completion.

Activity Evaluation & CPE Submission Requirements:
In order to receive continuing pharmacy education credit, attendees must complete an activity evaluation and CPE submission online at www.CESally.com.  Instructions will be provided during the CPE activity.  After successful CPE submission, attendees may print their official CPE Monitor Transcript through their CPE Monitor account at www.NABP.net.  It may take 24 to 48 hours for credit to be visible on CPE Monitor.  For CESally system requirements, please go to https://www.cesally.com/help/systemrequirements/

For PTCB recertification, CPhTs may use up to 5 hours of P-Specific CE credit hours and CPhT-Adv
up to 10 hours of P-specific credit hours.
