Registration:
Register online below. Registration deadline is Friday, November 9, at 9:00 am. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $50 to cover expenses. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited to the first 45 people. Student seating will limited to the first 10 students.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacists:

1. Outline principles of vaccination of solid organ transplant candidates and recipients.
2. Discuss appropriate timing of vaccinations pre and post-transplant.
3. Review recommendations for individual vaccines for the transplant candidate and recipient.
4. Identify strategies to improve vaccination rates of transplant candidates and recipients.
