Registration:
Register online below. Registration deadline is Thursday, May 3, at 9:00 am. This program is free to ICHP members. However, those who do not attend and do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the program will be charged $50 to cover expenses. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a copy of your email registration confirmation with you to the meeting.

Seating is limited to the first 45 people. Student seating will limited to the first 10 students.

Learning Objectives for Pharmacists:

1. Identify patients appropriate for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and explain benefits and risks of TRT.
2. Describe the differences between the commercially available products of TRT and counseling points of those products.
3. Discuss the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's evidence-based recommendations for contraceptive safety and management when prescribing or dispensing contraceptives.
4. Identify resources for additional information for health care providers and patients receiving contraceptives.
