President's Award - Bernice Man
This award is presented by the ICHP President to the ICHP volunteer who he/she feels has gone above and beyond to help fulfill the President's theme.  This year's theme was "Our Team".  



Outstanding Volunteer - Milena Murray
The ICHP Executive Committee selects the recipient of this award and presents it to a Board Member, Committee Chair, or other volunteer for contributions to the Council during the current organizational year.  



New Practitioner Leadership Award - Natalie Tucker
This award is presented to a member of the New Practitioners Network that displays exemplary leadership and dedication to ICHP and the practice of pharmacy.



Illinois Health-System Pharmacist of the Year - Starlin Haydon Greatting
The recipient of this award is recognized for sustained and extraordinary contributions to the practice of pharmacy in Illinois.



Amy Lodolce Mentorship Award - Jennifer A. Phillips
This award honors an exemplary preceptor and great mentor of student, residents and new practitioners!  Nominees are recommended by the membership at large, and Board of Directors members select the winner.



Pharmacy Technician of the Year - Richard Puccetti
This award is presented to a PTCB Certified Illinois Pharmacy Technician that has demonstrated outstanding dedication to pharmacy and ICHP.



Past President Award - Carrie Vogler
Each year, ICHP recognizes its out-going President with a plaque honoring their year of council leadership.

ICHP recognizes volunteers who have stepped up their level of participation in ICHP by taking on a project, Board position, or the planning of an event.
