| "Go Ahead, Ask Your Pharmacist" helps the patient become a more educated consumer of pharmaceutical services. The videotape demonstrates the patient's need for more information on medications in an easy-to-understand format. Viewers are encouraged to be responsible for their drug therapy and to seek the advice of their pharmacist.
A series of patient interviews, conducted in the pharmacy, describe five important questions patients should ask when taking medications. The five questions are based on those developed by the National Council on Patient Information and Education (NCPIE).
