Member Profile Data and Unique Identifiers
In ICHP's Members Only section of our website, general profile data
on members are accessible to other members in aggregate form. Information
provided to other members includes a member's name, email address,
and workplace as part of an online member directory. Other identifying
information is not available and members can choose to be excluded
from this list by editing their member profile.
Unique identifiers (such as membership username and password) are
collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity,
provide customized Web pages, and customized information.
Session Tracking
Our sites uses session information to identify specific users and
user options for our members only area, surveys, tracking, online
e-commerce system, and our online Member platform. Session information
is also used to prevent users from duplicating responses in any
of these Web site events.

aplly for membership, and register for events. We collect a visitor's
contact information (e-mail address), unique identifiers (their
membership identification), and financial information (account or

from the user for billable products and services. Credit Card information
is never stored in full on our servers. A portion of the credit
card number you use for online transactions is stored for your verification

by ICHP.
