1. Review available data supporting medication guideline changes in COPD.
2. Recognize emerging bronchoscopic treatments in COPD.
3. Examine strategies to improve patient COPD medication compliance.

1. Discuss fundamental pathophysiology of COPD.
2. Recognize available dosage forms of bronchodilators and their potential formulary substitutions.
3. Review proper handling of COPD medications based on a patient case

PTCB now requires CPhTs to earn only pharmacy technician-specific (‘T-specific’) credit to qualify for recertification.
