1.0 Contact Hour (0.1 CEU) Type of Activity: Knowledge-based

This program is provided by the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists (ICHP). The Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program is equivalent to 1.0 contact hour (0.1 CEU) of pharmacy continuing education.

To receive your CPE credit, you will need to complete the online evaluation forms and then your credit will automatically be reported to CPE Monitor. Information on accessing the online evaluation system will be provided at the meeting.

Target Audience: Health-System Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

What is CPE Monitor and why do I need a NAPB e-Profile ID number?

CPE Monitor is a national, collaborative effort by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) to provide an electronic system for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to track their completed continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credits. It will also offer state boards of pharmacy the opportunity to electronically authenticate the CPE units completed by their licensees, rather than requiring pharmacists and technicians to submit their proof of completion statements upon request or for random audits.

The e-Profile ID is required to receive credit for any CPE activities taken from ACPE-accredited providers.

Click here to learn more and obtain your NABP e-Profile ID number.

The cost to attend this program is $5 for ICHP members.
