Clinical Practice and Research Network Meeting

When
Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015
All day

Description
The Clinical Practice and Research Network meets bi-monthly and is comprised of a group of ICHP member pharmacists or associates who practice in a clinical specialty or who conduct clinical research. This Network provides an opportunity for these specialists and researchers to meet for professional interaction and continuing professional development. For more information about the CPRN contact Trish Wegner at trishw@ichpnet.org.

Please join us for the next CPRN gathering on March 3rd to discuss pharmacy operations and care of the solid organ transplant patient.  CMS has specific requirements related to pharmacy services in hospitals performing solid organ transplants. The facilitators will discuss the CMS requirements and their own departmental processes.  In addition, billing for services and transition of care issues will be addressed.

For those of you who do not live in the Chicago area, we will make arrangements for you to dial in to the discussion.  Please let Trish Wegner know if you are interested in dialing in by e-mailing her at trishw@ichpnet.org by February 27th.  I will then give you the dialing instructions.  We ask that those who live in the Chicago area to please come to the meeting location as it aids in better discussion.
